During a HAZ MAT emergency there is a need to understand the potential health emergencies associated. In this training you will hear calls from people involved in various HazMat spills. Generally Call Taker EMDS have clear protocols for handling the people calling in for assistance, affected by the fumes. Listen to these calls to determine what the Call Takers needed to be able to give correct pre-arrival assistance. List in Comments the new terms you have learned and any comments on the calls to 9-1-1.
