This scripted actual call is a great lesson for call takers. First when someone calls 9-1-1 trust that they know they are calling 9-1-1 and ask yes or no questions. There are many reports of people ordering pizza when really it was a domestic violence. Notice the call taker's voice and the questions she asks. It seems amazing the suspect didn't get suspicious however it would have been better in this call if the call taker had told the caller MUCH EARLIER in the conversation - if she had to hang up DO NOT HANG UP. Put the phone down with the line open so GPS can follow them.
