Updates? We want you to have the latest update because we continually improve content and quality. If you have finished your current course, please give us permission to delete it and upload the new course. Unfortunately, we cannot add the new to the old in Teachable. We send out new content at times that you can add if desired.

NOTE: Student programs. Forms. Students must have Adobe Reader to fill them out digitally. Otherwise, the forms must be printed and handwritten. https://get.adobe.com/reader/ to open the form version and have pdf as a default Adobe Reader. Fire Hazmat requires Power Point Viewer.

Books? Some books are not downloadable and can only be read with Adobe Reader. If you have time constraints we suggest you give students certain pages to read. The 9-1-1 Emergency Communcations Manual hardcopy is mandatory reading if you are giving the NECC Certification exam. This online content is intended to bring the information in the text 'alive.' Some questions are only answered in the text.
