Your Instructor
Sue Pivetta has experience as a Comm Center Supervisor/Trainer, college 9-1-1 instructor, author, workshop presenter, public speaker, mediator and international consultant. Sue holds a BA from Antioch University in Communications and Adult Education. Sue led a coalition of 9-1-1 professional educators from the US and Canada to create the 9-1-1 Academy, NECC and the 9-1-1 Reality Simulator. She is currently the President of 911 Professional Pride, Inc.
